1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery.

  • The product is defective and not functioning as intended.

Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized modifications.

2. Return Request & Timeframe

  • Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with the subject “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]” and include:

    • A description of the issue.

    • Clear images or videos of the defect/damage.

    • Your order details.

3. Return Process

  • Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide further instructions.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

  • Customers are responsible for returning the item unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Refund or Replacement

  • If the return is approved, we will offer:

    • A replacement of the same product (if available), or

    • A full refund if a replacement is not available.

  • Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after the returned product is inspected and approved.
