1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
The product is damaged upon delivery.
The product is defective and not functioning as intended.
Returns are NOT accepted for:
Change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized modifications.
2. Return Request & Timeframe
Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with the subject “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]” and include:
A description of the issue.
Clear images or videos of the defect/damage.
Your order details.
3. Return Process
Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide further instructions.
The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
Customers are responsible for returning the item unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Refund or Replacement
If the return is approved, we will offer:
A replacement of the same product (if available), or
A full refund if a replacement is not available.
Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after the returned product is inspected and approved.
